Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility across AI-driven search platforms.
- Manage and monitor SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Handle company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) - including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Implement Local SEO (Geo SEO) strategies to strengthen regional visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (SEO/SEM/Social Media) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM strategies and social media handling trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and optimized content.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO (on-page & off-page), SEM strategies,



and social media handling.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Local SEO (Geo SEO) strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, or SEM will be a plus.
