About the Role

A creative, curious, and execution-driven Content Strategist & Video Editor

This is an end-to-end content role. You'll work directly with founders, CXOs, and consumer brands to conceptualize, produce, edit, publish, and grow high-quality content across digital platforms. If you're someone who understands what makes content perform—not just how to edit videos—this role is for you.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, obsessed with social media trends, comfortable experimenting with AI tools, and excited to build brands through content.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Research trends, audience insights, competitors, and emerging content formats.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas and strong hooks that drive engagement.
- Build content pillars for both consumer brands and founder-led personal brands.





Video Production & Editing
- Plan and shoot videos using smartphones and cameras.
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create fast-paced edits with strong storytelling, captions, transitions, sound design, and motion elements.
- Optimize content for each platform and audience.

Social Media & Brand Management
- Manage content publishing schedules across multiple platforms.
- Handle social media content from ideation to publishing.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging.
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve strategy using insights and analytics.

Personal Branding
- Work closely with founders and CXOs to build authentic and impactful personal brands.
- Translate conversations, meetings, and everyday experiences into engaging content.
