Job description
- Sales Co-ordinator (Location-Wakad,Pune)
Positive communication skill
Active and presentable attitude
Customer Service experience is must
Responsibilities:
- To attend the inquiries, explain the program & convert them into enrolments
- Inquiries can be in the form of walk-ins, incoming calls & outgoing calls
- Regular follow-ups with the prospects and renewals to be done
- Creating profiles and managing their daily reports
- Working in co-ordination with the entire team to ensure smooth flow of operations
- All protocols to be followed as per the guidelines
- Customer interaction and Client Servicing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
