Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Configure and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
- Install and maintain antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security solutions.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups.
- Monitor server health, storage utilization, and system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees through remote and onsite assistance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support VPN, remote desktop, and remote access solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty services.




- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
