Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant to bridge the gap between business development and delivery — understanding prospective clients' needs, crafting tailored solutions, and building compelling proposals and pitches that help HavStrategy win current business among consumer and D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business development team to understand prospective client requirements, business goals, and challenges.
- Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to translate client requirements into tailored service solutions.
- Design and build customized pitch decks, proposals, and scopes of work for performance marketing, social media, SEO, content, and influencer marketing engagements.
- Develop pricing structures and service recommendations in collaboration with strategy and account leadership.




- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with well-structured, persuasive, and accurate proposals.
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure proposals are feasible, accurate, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
- Support the sales team in client-facing presentations, solution walkthroughs, and pitch meetings.
- Conduct competitor and market research to strengthen proposal positioning and differentiation.
- Maintain a repository of case studies, proposal templates, and reusable pitch content.
- Track proposal status and win/loss data in the CRM to refine future pitches.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in the D2C/ecommerce space.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, or a related client-facing role (agency/digital marketing background preferred).
