Job Title : Senior Systems Analyst

Experience : 4 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage production support activities using Unix/Linux and SQL.
- Handle Incident Management and Change Management processes as per ITIL standards.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Execute production deployments, change requests, and system maintenance activities.
- Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and support reports.
- Participate in rotational shifts and provide support for critical production environments.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents, outages, and change implementations.

Requisites
- Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and SQL.




- Good understanding of Incident Management and Change Management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
- Stable career history with consistent employment.
