Role Purpose To drive on-ground sales for the project by engaging customers, managing channel partners, closing deals, and ensuring smooth coordination between site operations and the back office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Project Presentation Explain the company background, credibility, and track record to prospective customers Present project details in depth — layout, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines Handle customer queries on RERA registration, carpet area, and legal documentation with clarity and accuracy.

2. Channel Partner & Broker Network Build and maintain a robust network of channel partners and brokers in the micro-market Onboard new brokers, share project collateral, and keep them updated on inventory, pricing, and offers Track broker-driven leads and ensure timely brokerage processing coordination with the office.

3*.Negotiation & Deal Closure* Negotiate pricing, payment schedules,



and deal terms within approved sales guidelines Close deals and ensure booking formalities are completed on time Escalate non-standard negotiation requests to management for approval.

4. Sales Documentation & Office Coordination Coordinate with the office for preparation of Sale Agreements, Allotment Letters, and related documentation Ensure timely generation and follow-up of Payment Receipts and Demand Notes as per the payment schedule Maintain accurate customer and transaction records (CRM/registers) for reporting.

5. Marketing & Social Media CoordinationCoordinate with the Social Media/Marketing team for creatives, project updates, and promotional content Provide on-ground inputs (site progress photos/videos, testimonials, walkthroughs) to support content creation Ensure marketing collateral reflects accurate, updated project information.

6. Customer Relationship & Follow-Up Maintain regular follow-up with prospects, leads, and existing customers through the sales cycle Follow up with booked customers fo
