As the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and incoming enquiries, you will play an important role in creating a positive and professional experience while ensuring the smooth functioning of our front-office operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily front desk and reception operations Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members Manage appointments, visitor schedules, and meeting coordination Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation Coordinate with counselling, admissions, and administrative teams Respond to basic student and parent enquiries Manage incoming emails, messages,
