Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor support queues and ensure timely investigation, resolution, or escalation of issues.
- Execute SQL queries to investigate data discrepancies and validate system behavior.
- Utilize AWS services and platform resources to support operational investigations and troubleshooting.
- Develop and execute basic Python scripts for automation, validation, and support activities.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate debugging, log analysis, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve platform stability.
- Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Product Support, Application Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, or a similar role.
- Internship, academic project,



or hands-on experience in software support, cloud technologies, automation, or SaaS environments will be an added advantage.
- KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Essential Skills
- Working knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Basic Python scripting skills.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and production support environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work a fixed US-shift schedule and support production operations during designated business hours.
