Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify companies with hiring requirements across various industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and present the company's recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment contracts.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly revenue, client acquisition, and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills:




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales or recruitment business development.
- Knowledge of domestic recruitment and staffing services.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or any related field.
- Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm is preferred.
