Job summary

Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain chat quality and response time.
- Update customer records and maintain proper documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Eligibility criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass, graduate, or diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Personal laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection are required.

- Ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,020.02 - ₹32,528.45 per month
