Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)

Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Fluent English communication (C1 Level) is mandatory

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure quality and process compliance

Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written English (C1 Level)
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹27,493.83 - ₹43,607.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indore City, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
- Customer support: 1 year (required)
