About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support for the assessment, training, and implementation of TPM by developing a systematic roadmap in accordance with the Heineken TPM methodology.
- Acting as an interface between Brewery teams for strategic alignment between brewery operations and integration of TPM in day-to-day operations to achieve desired business objectives
- Facilitate a process for improving key efficiencies and cost competitiveness through systematic deployments and project identification, while providing continuous training, coaching, and support for the process of initiatives identification
- Drive knowledge enhancement in projects to establish effective and effective business processes in the organization, such as Energy Reduction, Unified Problem Solving, Operational Risk Reduction, Defect Analysis, 5 Step Kaizen
- Enable the brewery team in TPM-related processes (DCS, RCFA, 5S Kaizens, Tagging/DE tagging etc.)



while ensuring alignment with functional and business goals.
- Facilitate a culture of improvement across all functions and all levels of employees through TPM and project routes, and organizing Employee Engagement initiatives such as quizzes, competitions, etc.
- Train and enable the brewery team for systematic assessment of TPM knowledge across employee levels and prepare a roadmap to improve the competency.
- Handhold, guide and coach the brewery team for TPM assessments, develop the next phase plan, and support its execution.
- Guide the brewery team in adopting best practices from other UB and Heineken breweries related to TPM to build a continuous improvement culture.
- Coach the Leadership and other pillar activities such as weekly meetings, review of projects, gap assessment, roadmap and improvements
- Lead by example in improvement activities and as a part of the Leadership team.
