Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and dishes as per recipes and kitchen standards.
- Assist senior chefs during service.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations.

- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Contribute to smooth kitchen operations during service.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional kitchen experience.
- Hotel management or culinary training preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Indian, Continental, and café-style cuisine.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
