- Develop, model,



and maintain detailed BIM models for electrical systems in data center projects using industry-standard software and best practices
- Coordinate electrical BIM models with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to identify and resolve clashes and conflicts efficiently
- Perform clash detection analysis and generate comprehensive reports to ensure model integrity, constructability, and compliance with project requirements
- Create and manage electrical specifications, schedules, and technical documentation within the BIM workplace with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of electrical models to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards and protocols
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate design intent, resolve technical issues, and support informed decision-making
- Analyze complex electrical systems and infrastructure requirements specific to data center operations, including power distribution
