We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and hardworking Housekeeping Assistant cum Caretaker to join our team at a boutique villa/beach homestay.

Responsibilities
- Assist the housekeeping staff to clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Keep the property neat, hygienic, and well-organized.
- Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs when required.
- Monitor the property and report any maintenance issues.
- Help with basic gardening or outdoor cleaning.
- Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
- Support day-to-day operations as assigned.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or property care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Attention to detail.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage.
