Job Summary:
As a Reference Data Analyst within the Party Reference Data Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining internal & External client reference data. Your role will involve liaising business partners, conduct data analysis, and maintain MIS reports. This position values robust analytical skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities:The Reference Data Analyst role is responsible for:
- Manage daily production processes and coordinate a portfolio of projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reference data services
- Measure and analyze process performance,



identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data quality
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on data requirements and remediation efforts
- Subject matter expertise in party reference data and data quality management to maintain high standards, promote transparency through metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- University Graduate with 5+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining client or reference data within a large organization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools for reporting and data validation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
