Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
- Meet sourcing and recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US healthcare recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/recruitment database systems.
- Comfortable working onsite and in night shifts for the US recruitment process.
