About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Advertising & Social Media Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and manage audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Collaborate on the development of professional, executive-style creatives and ad copy.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results through A/B testing and optimization.

Google Ads & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Manage Google Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Identify and target high-intent investor keywords related to real estate investments, GIFT City, pre-leased assets, and commercial properties.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize lead quality while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)




- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for targeted real estate investment keywords.
- Build and manage quality backlinks and local SEO initiatives.
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and ROI.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze campaign and website data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.

AI & Marketing Technology Integration
- Utilize AI-powered tools for content creation, campaign optimization, data analysis, and workflow automation.
