Job Objective: To ensure the timely preparation and submission of tender estimates, quotations, and costproposals to clients. The Estimation Engineer will analyze project requirements, coordinate withsuppliers, and support the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Role Definition:The Estimation Engineer is responsible for estimating project costs, assessing the feasibility ofenquiries, and preparing accurate offers. This role requires robust analytical skills, attention todetail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibilities:_Estimation & Costing_ Assist in preparation of techno-commercial estimates for various projects. Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) under guidance.



Support in cost calculations and basic value engineering._System Design Support_ Assist in designing systems such as Fire Alarm, VESDA, Fire Fighting Systems (Sprinkler,Hydrant), Gas Suppression, CCTV, Access Control, BMS & IBMS.

Prepare basic schematics, layouts, and technical documents. Ensure designs comply with NFPA and IS standards._Pre-Sales Activities_ Support sales team in preparing technical proposals and documentation.

Assist in preparing compliance statements and deviation lists. Participate in client meetings, pre-bid meetings, and site visits when required._Vendor & Coordination_ Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for quotations and technical details. Assist in vendor comparison and evaluation. Work closely with internal teams for data and inputs._Tender & Documentation_ Support in preparation and submission of tender documents.
