Job description:
- Maintain updated records of hostelers, room occupancy, and hostel inventory.
- Oversee all hostel activities, including student admissions, room allocation, and check-in/check-out.
- Handle student complaints, medical emergencies, and behavioral issues with sensitivity and firmness.
- Provide first-line support for student issues.
- Manage housekeeping, security, kitchen, and maintenance staff
- Ensure timely, hygienic, and nutritious meals as per the student schedule.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student behavior, health, and progress.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Management, Education, or Hospitality)
- Prior experience in hostel/residential facility management preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with adolescents and young adults compassionately yet firmly
- Basic computer proficiency
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Hostel management: 2 years (required)
