Key Responsibilities- Campus Relations & College Placements: Act as the primary point of contact for placement cells at target colleges and universities. Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives.
- On-the-Road Recruitment:Willingness to travel to different campuses, job fairs, and regional events to represent the brand and hunt for top-tier talent.
- Brand Advocacy:Confidently pitch our company culture and career growth opportunities to students and job seekers.
