We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in leads
- Provide basic information about courses and schedule demo classes
- Maintain visitor records and lead data
- Coordinate with counselors and faculty for appointments
- Manage front desk, reception area, and office supplies
- Assist in administrative tasks and documentation
- Follow up with interested students (basic level)

Required Skills:




- Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English; Punjabi is a plus)
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer-service mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in reception or front office preferred
- Experience in education institute will be an advantage
