We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Admin Office Executive to support our Engineering, Production, and Quality Control teams in day-to-day operations and documentation.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Information Technology / Computer Science / Physics / Biology:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders:
- Handle ERP data entry — materials, production entries, stock updates
- Maintain and organize QC and Production records, reports, and documents:
- Support QC and Production Engineers in their day-to-day documentation needs
- Maintain calibration records, inspection reports, and NCR files:
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and data summaries for management
- Handle correspondence, filing, and office coordination:
- Support during internal and external audits with document preparation
