Role Summary

As a Content Creator / Editor, you will shoot and edit videos, design social media creatives and help run our digital channels. You will turn projects, products and events into engaging content that builds the Kelvin brand. This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for a creative fresher who loves video, social media and design.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot photos and videos at office, project sites and events using camera or smartphone.
- Edit videos - reels, shorts, product demos and project walkthroughs - using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
- Design social media creatives, posters, thumbnails and simple graphics using Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Write short captions, hashtags and post copy aligned with the Kelvin brand voice.
- Schedule and publish posts, and track basic engagement metrics (reach, likes, views, followers).
- Keep an organised library of raw footage, images, logos and brand assets.
- Research trends,



formats and competitor content to suggest fresh ideas.
- Coordinate with sales, technical and HR teams to source content and project information.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic video editing skills in at least one tool (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar).
- Basic graphic design skills in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Comfortable shooting and framing photos and videos on a camera or smartphone.
- Understanding of social media platforms - Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Good sense of visual layout, colour and typography.
- Creativity, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
- Basic written communication in English (and Hindi).

Educational Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Design, or any relevant field.
- A solid portfolio or samples of videos / reels / designs will be preferred over formal qualifica
