Education for Life (EFL), a community education project of SHARE is hiring a Project Officer to manage our Study Support Class programs across two centres — Santacruz and Virar. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, teacher coordination, academic planning, and parent communication to ensure quality education delivery at both centres.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Study Support Class program at both centres
- Organize classrooms, schedules, and resources; maintain student attendance and academic records
- Monitor academic calendars and ensure timely completion of activities
- Support teacher onboarding, documentation, and recruitment
- Coordinate faculty timetables and monitor attendance
- Conduct monthly teacher meetings
- Plan batches, weekly tests, and revision sessions
- Track student performance and coordinate with faculty on learning outcomes
- Support student enrolment through EFL & Armaan Club,



including counselling and follow-ups
- Build relationships with artisans and EFL parents
- Respond to parent queries and coordinate parent-teacher meetings
- Ensure timely communication on project updates and activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed./B.A./B.Sc.) or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in school administration, educational operations, or academic coordination
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with teachers, parents, students, and management
