Hiring: PTL Manager - Quality Control (Public Testing Laboratory)

Position

PTL Manager - Quality Control

Qualification
- M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry

Experience
- Minimum 10-12 Years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control / Analytical Laboratory / Public Testing Laboratory.
- Experience in NABL Accredited Laboratory will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the Public Testing Laboratory (PTL).
- Ensure compliance with NABL (ISO/IEC 17025), GLP, GMP and ICH guidelines.
- Review and approve analytical reports, COAs, SOPs, STPs and laboratory documentation.
- Handle HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution, KF and other analytical instruments.




- Lead method validation, verification, troubleshooting and stability studies.
- Investigate OOS, OOT, Deviations and implement CAPA.
- Handle NABL, FDA, customer and regulatory audits.
- Manage laboratory team, instrument calibration, documentation and client requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of analytical reports with high quality standards.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Analytical Chemistry.
- Expertise in pharmaceutical analytical instruments.
- Knowledge of Data Integrity (ALCOA+), GLP, GMP and NABL requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
