Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership in Java, Microservices, and React projects. They will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions, ensuring high-quality code and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and implementation of java, microservices, and react based solutions.

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver projects within scope and timeline.

3. Mentor team members on best practices in java, microservices, and react development.

4. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and improvements.

Skill Requirements

Senior Front-End Developer - ReactJS (5-8 Years)

Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (Functional Components & Hooks) and Redux / Redux Toolkit

Solid understanding of Virtual DOM, component rendering, lifecycle,



and reconciliation

Proven expertise in React performance optimization (memoization, avoiding unnecessary re-renders, profiling)

Experience with lazy loading, code splitting, and handling large-scale UI updates

Ability to design clean component architecture and explain end‑to‑end project structure

Robust JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and REST API integration skills

Good to Have:
Fair working knowledge of Java Spring Boot and backend API design

Experience implementing Error Boundaries and robust UI error handling

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, or React are a plus.
