The company is an authorized distributor of Solis string inverters, Saatvik Green solar PV modules, JA Solar PV modules, Jinko Solar and Swelect Modules. The company operates from multiple warehouses across India, the major ones being at Bengaluru (Bidadi), Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur, Chandigarh, Vijayawada, Bhiwandi.

Experience: 1+ Years of experience in sales of solar products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
- Frequent visits to customers to cultivate relationships to expand the customer base and opportunity pipeline
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
