We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to strengthen our procurement and vendor management function and support large-scale construction projects across Mumbai and MMR.

Role Overview

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding suppliers and contractors for construction materials, MEP works, finishing materials, and project-related services. The role requires strong commercial acumen, vendor network development, cost optimization capabilities, and collaboration with project, engineering, and finance teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify reliable suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and contractors across India.




- Build and maintain a robust vendor database for multiple project categories.

Procurement & Vendor Management
- Float RFQs/RFPs and manage the complete tendering process.
- Conduct commercial evaluations and comparative analysis of quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and service agreements.
- Ensure timely onboarding and performance monitoring of vendors.

Cost Optimization
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality standards.
- Benchmark market pricing and identify alternate sourcing opportunities.
- Support annual procurement planning and budgeting activities.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Design, Contracts, QS, and Finance teams.
- Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and construction milestones.
- Resolve supply chain and vendor-related issues proactively.
