Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Client Coordination
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations.
- Share shortlisted profiles and gather feedback.
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.

Offer Management & Closures
- Negotiate compensation and joining timelines.
- Coordinate offer roll-out and acceptance.
- Drive successful closures and achieve hiring targets.

Database & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.




- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
