Internship Overview
EnvoPAP is looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Intern to support lead generation, market research, prospect outreach, and business development activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to B2B sales, customer research, digital outreach, lead management, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research to identify potential customers, distributors, importers, brands, manufacturers, and business partners.
- Research companies, industries, decision-makers, market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Introduce EnvoPAP’s products and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Organise and update lead data in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Track outreach status, responses, follow-ups, meetings,
and lead progress.
- Assist the sales team in scheduling calls and meetings with prospective clients.
- Conduct competitor and market research for different products, industries, and locations.
- Help prepare sales presentations, product information, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal team members regarding customer requirements and inquiries.
- Submit regular reports on research, outreach activities, responses, and lead progress.
Eligibility
- Students or recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related fields.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust internet research and data collection skills.
- Willingness to learn about B2B sales and sustainable paper and packaging products.
- Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups.
