Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages based on customer requirements.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, cruise operators, and travel partners.
- Guide customers regarding visas, travel insurance, and documentation.
- Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and post-sales assistance.




- Stay updated with destination knowledge, travel trends, airline offers, and visa policies.
- Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in international travel sales or holiday consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of destinations like Bali, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Vietnam, Maldives, Europe, and more.
- Good computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
