Position: Junior Architect

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
- Develop design concepts and presentation materials.
- Prepare working drawings, construction details, and documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Assist in preparing tender drawings, specifications, and project reports.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Revise drawings based on client and senior architect feedback.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software is an advantage.




- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
