- What we are looking for

CLOUDSUFI is seeking a Technical Program Managerfor client services. The program manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned project scope. He/she will work together with leads in the program/project to create an execution plan in consultation with the customer stakeholders and drive the execution with the team with people, process, and structure. Some of the key KPIs for this role are Gross Margin, Customer Advocacy (NPS),



ESAT (Employee Satisfaction), Penetration (Net New), and Target Revenue Realization.

Required Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on solutions for Digital Transformations and Industry 4.0
- Experience in managing digital transformation programs for mid-large organizations with a focus on data, AI, IoT, robotics, and GenAI, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, cost and quality.
- Hands-on experience in open-source software development and cloud-native technologies, especially on the GCP tech stack
- Experience of delivery projects in Middle East region, especially in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent stakeholder management, ability to connect and present to senior leadership team of client
- Must have performed program delivery for a large program of size of more than USD 2 million annually and grown the account through delivery excellence
