Job Description:

- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity solutions.
- Troubleshoot endpoint and security product issues.
- Support incident investigations.
- Assist with upgrades and patching activities.
- Develop basic automation scripts.
- Prepare deployment and troubleshooting documentation.

Coordinate with OEM support teams for issue resolution

Deployment Skills / Knowledge
- Security product installation and configuration
- Agent deployment and troubleshooting
- Policy creation and basic tuning
- Product upgrades and patch management
- Integration with Active Directory and LDAP
- Basic deployment documentation
- Endpoint security administration (Trellix, CrowdStrike, etc.)

Troubleshooting Skills / Knowledge
- Log analysis and event investigation
