Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise daily operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and workflows. - Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence. - Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
