About the Role:
Health & Safety

Compliance with Legal Obligations and Company Requirements
- To advise and support the Brewery Head and other people involved in planning, organizing, controlling and maintaining a secure and healthy environment for work.
- To adhere to the Company health and safety policy, organization and arrangements in consultation with stake holders.
- To implement HNK Health and Safety Procedures and develop local work procedures to comply with legal obligations.
- To liaison with government authorities for statutory compliance related to Safety
- To review and develop the Safety Management Plan (AP) and communicate the plan at all levels.
- Maintain the Brewery risk register comprising of significant risks and ensure that risk assessments are completed for all activities.
- Ensure compliance to all occupational health, safety and statutory requirements.

Cross Functional Collaboration
- To advise and support the Brewery Health and Safety Committee,



in making sure that the Committee takes ownership of the Brewery Health and Safety Management Plan (AP).
- To extend support in achieving OpCo level Health& safety management plan (AP)
- To advise Brewery Head in ensuring that their Brewery has key staff mobilized to carry out the health and safety activities e.g. Risk assessors, First aiders, Fire wardens, etc.
- To support brewery leadership team in implementing Call to Action

Accident investigation and prevention
- Report incidents on time as defined by HKN standards and investigate reports of incidents, dangerous occurrences and fire damage, determine their causes and make recommendations for improving recurrence prevention and controls and horizontal deployment across brewery
- To monitor that all incidents are properly investigated by department managers and lessons learnt are shared appropriately.
- To maintain a system for recording, reporting and investigating injuries,
