Key Responsibilities Driving & Transportation
- Safely drive company vehicles for official purposes.
- Transport Directors, employees, clients, vendors, and guests as instructed.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the assigned schedule.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid unnecessary delays.

Vehicle Maintenance
- Maintain the vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition.
- Conduct daily inspections of fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, battery, and other essential components.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Ensure periodic servicing and repairs are completed on time.

Documentation
- Maintain an accurate vehicle logbook.
- Record daily mileage, fuel consumption, toll expenses, parking charges, and trip details.
- Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC, Permit, etc.) remain valid and updated.

Office & Administrative Support
- Deliver and collect office documents, drawings, samples, materials, and other official items whenever required.
- Assist with bank visits, courier services,



and government office visits as assigned.
- Support office administration during non-driving hours.

Safety & Compliance
- Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and company property.
- Avoid rash driving, unauthorized trips, or personal use of the company vehicle.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding company discussions and client information.
- Valid LMV Driving License (Commercial License preferred, if applicable).
- Minimum 2-5 years of driving experience.
- Positive knowledge of local routes and nearby cities.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Punctual, honest, disciplined, and well-groomed.
- Good communication and professional behavior.

- As per company working hours.
- Flexibility to work overtime, on weekends, or travel outstation whenever required.
