We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to identify and approach residential societies located near our partner optical stores, obtain permissions to conduct free vision screening camps, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

This is a field-intensive role that requires extensive travel within the assigned city.

Key ResponsibilitiesSociety Outreach
- Visit assigned residential societies within the designated territory.
- Meet society chairpersons, secretaries, committee members, and property managers.
- Present the advantages of organizing a Free Vision Screening Camp for society residents.
- Build relationships and generate trust with society management committees.
- Obtain permissions and confirm dates for conducting vision screening camps.

Camp Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding confirmed societies and camp schedules.
- Ensure all necessary approvals and arrangements are completed before the camp.
- Coordinate with society representatives regarding venue, timing,



and resident communication.

Camp Support
- Assist the operations team during vision screening camps whenever required.
- Support logistics, registration, crowd management, and coordination at the venue.
- Act as the primary liaison between the society and the Jarma Wellness team during the event.

Reporting
- Submit daily activity reports and visit summaries.
- Maintain records of societies visited, meetings conducted, permissions obtained, and follow-ups.
- Regularly update the reporting manager on field activities and progress.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, community outreach, insurance, telecom, banking, healthcare, or similar industries is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Mandatory Requirements
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licenc
