* Source and develop reliable vendors for engineering materials, machinery, and industrial components.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with stores to prevent stock shortages.
- Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and supporting documents.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and suppliers.




- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and update ERP/MIS systems.
- Monitor market trends, material prices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, or delivery.
- Prepare procurement reports and support audit and documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production and project execution

Pay: ₹12,843.83 - ₹15,299.63 per month
