JOB SUMMARY:
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), TM1 Web, and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely manner.
- Deliver system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Participate in release management activities, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation related to support processes and enhancement delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
- Proficiency in PAW, TM1 Web, and PAfE.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with incident resolution and enhancement delivery.
- Familiarity with release management practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
