Role description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage user administration for the C4S service platform, including access provisioning and role assignments
- Facilitate end user onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely and accurate system access
- Process role changes and modifications based on business needs and user requests
- Monitor system inactivity to maintain system integrity and security
- Maintain user administration processes to meet audit and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with the larger service platform team to understand evolving requirements and system changes
- Work directly with users to ensure correct procedures and processes are followed- Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes using AI and other technologies

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in user management activities- 3+ years of experience in user administration
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end users and team members




- Ability to work collaboratively with users to ensure adherence to procedures and processes
- Experience with SAP C4C (preferred)
- Experience with SAP ERP (preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI technologies to support process improvement and automation (preferred)
