ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations professionally.
- Maintain proper store appearance, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Support in staff training, onboarding, and performance improvement activities.
- Track sales reports, attendance, and operational performance metrics.
- Coordinate with management for smooth store operations and target achievement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs,



and operational guidelines.
- Assist in planning promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Maintain discipline and positive team culture within the store.

KEY REQUIREMENT
- Graduation preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in retail sales and team handling.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
