We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team and represent the brand at our Shoppers Stop SIS Counter.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, ingredients, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while driving product conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the counter is well-stocked, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support promotional activities, new launches, and in-store campaigns.




- Manage billing support, inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily sales reporting.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, category trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in retail sales, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, wellness, or luxury retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
- Presentable, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, or premium retail brands will be preferred.

Education
- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant retail experience.
