Team Management & Supervision Lead and manage a team of tax analysts or associates handling direct and indirect tax compliance. Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Provide training, coaching, and technical guidance to the team on tax-related matters. 2. Tax Compliance & Filing Oversee the preparation and filing of all statutory tax returns, including: Direct taxes: corporate income tax, withholding tax Indirect taxes: VAT/GST, sales tax, service tax, excise duties Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns to avoid penalties or interest. 3.
