Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Create and set up social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Manage and maintain multiple social media profiles for different clients and businesses.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
- Monitor account activity, messages, comments, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate and manage WhatsApp groups for marketing, customer engagement, and business communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook account management.
- Experience creating and managing multiple social media profiles simultaneously.




- Understanding of content scheduling and social media publishing tools.
- Experience managing WhatsApp groups and online communities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is a plus.
