Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products.
- Explain Personal Loan and Car Loan services, eligibility, and process to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calling.
- Maintain customer details and update call records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide required information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further processing.
- Maintain good customer relationships through effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification required.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Telecalling / Loan Calling.
- Good communication and convincing skills required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of loan products.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Personal Loan (PL) calling.
- Experience in Car Loan calling.
- Experience in banking/financial sales telecalling will be an advantage.
