Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, venue preparation, and equipment arrangement.
- Support event coordinators and managers during event execution.
- Welcome and guide guests, attendees, and vendors.
- Help with registration, check-in, and attendee management.
- Ensure event materials, signage, and promotional items are properly organized.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff as required.
- Monitor event areas and report any issues to supervisors.
- Assist with crowd management and guest support.
- Help dismantle event setups and pack materials after event completion.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at the venue.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the event.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, customer service, or promotions is an advantage.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and assisting with event setup tasks.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, weddings, or promotional events.
- Knowledge of event logistics and venue operations.
- Customer-facing experience in hospitality or retail industries.
