About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Event Executive to support the planning and execution of events in Kolkata, West Bengal. You will assist in handling day-to-day event operations, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure successful and smooth events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of corporate and social events
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues
- Support event setup, branding, and logistics arrangements
- Manage guest lists, registrations, and on-ground coordination
- Assist in preparing event timelines and checklists
- Communicate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Support Event Manager and Event Coordinator during events
- Handle basic client queries and event updates
- Ensure all event requirements are fulfilled on time
- Assist in post-event reporting and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality,
or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in event execution or related role:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic understanding of event operations and logistics
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, or brand activations
- Basic knowledge of vendor management
- Familiarity with event workflows and on-ground execution
- Team player with a proactive attitude
